Ideally upstream would allow writing in the .control file
the path to an upgrade script, maybe with wildcards.

The not-so-new plan is to STOP filling up disks with symlinks
(in the best case) or copies (windows?) of the same file over
and over again.

Note postgis.sql is under 300Kb but spatial_ref_sys.sql (in case
we're going to include that in upgrades) is over 7Mb
