Good catches.
I’ve amended to mention in Election to Core Contributors section the location of our primary repo.
And in
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/DevWikiComitGuidelines#CommitandBugFeatureTrackingPractices #4, I have added the note to not press the merge button.
Thanks,
Regina

Hi,
- "Don't hit the merge button" is missed (or did we fix bidirectional mirroring?)
- which repo is upstream is missed.

I've made a number of changes to
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/DevWikiComitGuidelines
to hopefully modernize it. Key changes
1) Get rid of references to our old model -- such as keeping an authors.git
/ authors.svn , spike branches, and updating CREDITS file
2) Replace most references of Committer with Core Contributor or Contributor
(to address strk's sensitivities)
2) Change the term Developer to Contributor to be in agreement with our
documentation and to better value contributions beyond code.
3) Updates to how tickets and pull requests should be tagged.
5) Rename it from "PostGIS Commiter Guidelines" to "Core Contributor
Guidelines"
If everyone is okay with the changes, I'll mark as Approved.
Thanks,
Regina
