[postgis-devel] "main" branch removed

I've changed "master" branch to be a real git reference instead
of a symbolic one and dropped the "main" branch.

You can't say I didn't try to stop using that name, but lacking
agreement I prefer to avoid the confusion.

Just a note: people can STILL push to main (would create the branch
again, this time being disjoint from the master branch).
