[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Push out micro updates for PostGIS 3.2.2, 3.1.6, and 3.0.6 MOTION PASSED

I forgot we still support 2.5, though seems not much listed there, but some
things should be backported that were flagged for 2.5.  I'll go thru the
list and backport some crashers.
