[postgis-devel] PSC Vote: Give Aliaksandr Kalenik commit rights to PostGIS repo and add to the Core Contributors List [ MOTION PASSED]

Hi! I got familiar with updated Core Contributor Guidelines and it makes
sense for me. I accept it and would be glad to join the core team.
