[postgis-devel] CI on Linux ARM64

Hello PostGIS developers,

I've noticed that there are no builds on Linux ARM64 at the moment.

https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ says that the build on Berrie64 is failing.
But https://debbie.postgis.net/computer/berrie64/ says:
 "This agent is offline because Jenkins failed to launch the agent process
on it.
Projects tied to berrie64
None"

I see that there is another ARM64 agent at
https://debbie.postgis.net/computer/armmie/ but again no projects use it.

Is this is a known issue ?
