[postgis-devel] PostGIS 3.3.0alpha1 released

The PostGIS Team is pleased to release PostGIS 3.3.0alpha1!
This is the first release to support PostgreSQL 15. 

GEOS 3.6 or higher
Additional features are enabled if you are running GEOS 3.9+
ST_MakeValid enhancements with 3.10+, ST_ConcaveHull enhancements with GEOS
3.11+

The new --enable-lto flag improves math computations.  This new feature is
disabled by default.

Use below to enable it.

 ./configure --enable-lto
