Of course. Done with 6e0680a6ec2ba5959d0566b655fa433173a40b83 and next
commit fixes out-of-source install of manpages.

Speaking of which, how do you deal with installing those man pages
in the correct directory in Debian, Bas ? Beacause I find installing
in PostgreSQL man path is somewhat ill.
