[postgis-devel] Coverage Functions

This is a PostGIS wrapper around recent additions to JTS/GEOS (which were
actually done specifically with PostGIS in mind).
There's a series of blog posts about the JTS work, which should give a good
idea of concept of a Simple Features Coverage and the associated
functionality:
