[postgis-devel] PostGIS 3.4.0rc1 in a couple of days

I was hoping to get out PostGIS 3.4.0rc1 in a couple of days.
Let me know if anyone has issues with that plan.
The past week has been pretty quiet with no reports.

We have the following items left

#5099 	Running make twice compiles again under postgis  (I think this can
wait for 3.4.1 unless we can address in 2 weeks or so)
#5453 	3.4.0 beta1 does not honor --datadir
https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/5453 (Devrim hasn't gotten back to us
on this so not sure if it is still an issue)
#5461 	32-bit failure and rounding issues on ST_LineSubstring for geography
(given so few people are running 32-bit, I think this can wait till a 3.4.1.
This test also gives slightly different answers on trixie 64-bit ).  Note
this test is not in our regression suite, but probably should be once we've
resolved this issue.
#5448 another i386 failure, which only seems to impact i386 with gcc 13+.
This affects 3.3 as well so can be addressed in a micro release
