[postgis-devel] MVT / Wagyu

I think I recall Raul testing MVT generation using OverlayNG, and
concluding it was still significantly slower than wagyu.  There might have
been some functionality differences/limitations too.  Not sure if this
discussion was recorded on a ticket.
