For those who don't know him, Loïc Bartoletti is the key maintainer for the
SFCGAL project 
and the postgis_sfcgal extension.

Coming in PostGIS 3.5.0 there will be many more new additions to the
postgis_sfcgal.
He has also helped with our ci agents.

I have already had him read our contributor guidelines
https://postgis.net/development/rfcs/rfc05/
and accepts them.
