I think there will still be regression issues with geos beta2, unless Paul
backports the regression fixes he put in postgis master to the stable-3.4.

The assumption is most packagers are not going to be testing a stable
release against a beta geos.

Or Paul - you feel you want to sneak in the regression fix before you
release 3.4.3?
