PostGIS 3.5.2 release planned for this weekend or early next week

I'm planning to release PostGIS 3.5.2 this coming weekend or early next
week.

What is currently on the slate for  PostGIS 3.5.2 is:

- #5677, Retain SRID during unary union (Paul Ramsey)
- #5833, pg_upgrade fix for postgis_sfcgal (Regina Obe)
- #5564, BRIN crash fix and support for parallel in PG17+
         (Paul Ramsey, Regina Obe)



I don't plan to do a release for the older versions cause I don't feel
enough has changed in those to warrant so close of a release since we did a
release less than a month ago.

Anyone have issues with that plan?
