PostGIS 3.7.0beta2 release sometime early next week

I'm planning to release PostGIS 3.7.0beta2 this weekend or early next week.
+1 from me.

There was some discussion about doing patch release for 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, 3.3,
3.2 but I'd personally like to wait on releasing those and have them
released at the same time as we do the official 3.7.0 release.
The last release we did for the stable branches was in June 2026, so it
feels a little too early to do another just now and we'd need to release
again when 3.7.0 comes out probably in September so they are all aligned.

Thoughts?
