 I assumed he was asking is there a clean way to convert geodesy geometry
 format to PostGIS geometry format rather than sticking with the blob. But
 I think your interpretation might be more right - how can I use Geodesy
 with PostgreSQL (rather than SQL Server).  Anyway either way the question
 doesn't belong in our bug/enhancement tracker :)
