 Well this is interesting.  My ming64 postgresql build fails with ST_Resize
 similar to the VC one, but also fails with the ST_SummaryStats (where as
 the VC one first runs and second crashes the server instance).  I'm about
 to run a debug version.  Any particular debug level I should use?
