 I can't seem to replicate the problem with the following command on Linux
 and OSX.

 raster2pgsql -I -e -F -C -Y -R -s 26986 -t 500x500 -l 2
 /path/to/25229020.sid.jpg foo_outdb | psql -d test
 }}}
