Comment:

 I'll mark this as invalid.  Might have been because I had on the server he
 was loading a very old version of 2.1.0SVN and I upgraded it to test the
 ST_Resize issue and now I all I see is an:

 INFO: Using default geotransform matrix (0, 1, 0, 0, 0, -1) for raster
 }}}

 when loading the same file he was loading.  I'll reopen if it has
 something to do with the flags he was using.
