Comment:

 How would it include spatial ref sys ST_AsPNG.  I've tried for
 ST_GDALASRaster and at least for 2.1, I know it includes it for at least
 DTEM since I exported a raster I generated in USGS DTEM and saw the
 spatial refsys correctly displayed in QGIS.

 As far as ST_AsPNG, ST_AsJPEG, the spatial refsys is kept in a separate
 file, so it wouldn't be able to since it only exports the binary part (not
 the metadata file)
