 Just noticed this and I guess I haven't before since I copy the genrated
 extension files from extension folder into my packaging.  But the
 postgis_tiger_geocoder extension fiiles aren't being installed like the
 other extensions we have and it should now that it is packaged as an
 extension.

 Hope to have this resolved this weekend.
