 It seems the include for TIN in addition #1898 to breaking shp2pgsql-gui
 cunit tests also broke the image magick image generators.  The doc builder
 has been ahppily ignoring this and moving on.  Unfortunately building from
 tagged version can't since the images don't exist.

 I suspect the fix will be similar to what I did in

 r11363
