 The mingw64-w32 is failing at the linker phase. For pgRouting I had to
 apply a patch to boost and cgal that swoodbridge had provided me to  get
 pgrouting to work.  I'll see if maybe I need to do the same here.

 I also noticed earlier own I had two sets of mpr and gmp so I need to make
 sure the includ eand lib match its picking up.
