Comment(by robe):

 Not that I can exercise without windows 64-bit testing under EDB.  Without
 this regress ticket fails (but only under EDBB).  I can maybe put a more
 explicit description in those sections like "strk PLEASE DON'T remove this
 no matter how much you hate windows users" to grab his attention.


 As dustymugs noted though in theory this patch should not be needed so
 seems like something else
