 ST_Intersection() throws an error on two polygons which both return true
 for ST_IsValid()

 Here are the Postgres and PostGIS version details:
 PostgreSQL 9.3.1 on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (Debian
 4.7.2-5) 4.7.2, 64-bit POSTGIS="2.1.0 r11822" GEOS="3.3.3-CAPI-1.7.4"
 PROJ="Rel. 4.7.1, 23 September 2009" GDAL="GDAL 1.9.0, released
 2011/12/29" LIBXML="2.8.0" LIBJSON="UNKNOWN" TOPOLOGY RASTER

 I will also attach a text file with the specific SQL and output I have
 used to step through isolating the issue as much as I know how. Please
 advise if there is any further information required.
