 I added the yaml and all that other good stuff which now makes travis 2.1
 branch pass.  However 2.0 is failing.  Keep in mind travis is the only one
 testing on  GEOS 3.3.8 so I suspect the issue is a test issue one we've
 already fixed in 2.1.
