 The following functions have a mixup in the documentation, where they say
 "Up to 2.0.x this was called <newFunctionName>", when they should use
 <old_Function_Name>. Here are the two items that need fixing:
  * ST_LineInterpolatePoint v ST_Line_Interpolate_Point
  * ST_LineSubstring v ST_Line_Substring
