 Probably "fixed" at r12214, (see comment).
 If fix confirmed, also needs port to trunk, but precise test case needs to
 be stripped out to be brought into CUnit and debugged in detail, is likely
 a subtle failure in the tree-on-tree distance code when used with
 tolerances.
