 okay that seems to fix the issue but like you said its just a bandage
 doesn't solve your underlying no?

 I have dwithinbug_data.sql attached above in case you didn't notice but
 the geometry that was failing in that dataset has 197 points. You think
 that's too big to stuff in cunit?
