 See how you like r12271.
 With that commit the _upgrade_* scripts should be back to all being the
 same, no matter which version we come from, because the version is checked
 by the script itself (in plpgsql).

 This worked fine:

 run_test.pl --extension --upgrade ticket.sql

 I guess you know how to test better...
