 I see that the address returned by GetConfigOption() introduced in 12350
 is never pfree'd.

 Also, there is something fishy going on, because also the postgis.backend
 is defined (en hence the DefineCustomStringVariable in lwgeom_init_backend
 bypassed) the assign hook does not work.
