 With 2.0, as GDAL_SKIP can now handle vector driver names as well, and
 that a few vector driver names include space, the separator for driver
 names should be comma (but still space in GDAL 1.X).

 But as underlined by dustymugs, if you only iterate on drivers with a
 raster capability, those vector drivers shouldn't be listed at all
