 Did we get rid of a function between 2.1 and 2.2.

 If I upgrade PostGIS 2.1.2dev to PostGIS 2.2, I have 1070 postgis
 functions.

 However if I do a new PostGIS 2.2.0 install, I get 1069 functions.

 I haven't compared the descrepancies to see where the extra one is coming
 from.
