 The following 32-Bit bundle can't be unzipped with SharpZipLib, as it has
 an internal zip error:
 http://download.osgeo.org/postgis/windows/pg93/postgis-bundle-
 pg93x32-2.1.3.zip
 SharpZipLib reports the following error:
 ZipException("Stored, but compressed != uncompressed")

 Please observe, that the 64-Bit bundle is correct!
 http://download.osgeo.org/postgis/windows/pg93/postgis-bundle-
 pg93x64-2.1.3.zip

 Other Unzippers like (7Zip) may ignore the size error, but that is not the
 case for SharpZipLib.
