 I suppose this could be user error, but I can no longer get PostGIS to
 install.  It just installs liblwgeom.

 It also pays attention to the prefix and installs liblwgeom based on the
 prefix setting.

 My config looks like this:

 and my postgis and rtpostgis*dlls are no where in sight where they are
 supposed to be.
