 Reading the code I don't think we're checking for the node being removed
 by edge healing operations to be used in the definition of a TopoGeometry.
 We should !

 This is to be checked first, but pretty sure it's the case.
 NOTE: there's no 2.2.1 milestone to assign to tickets.
