 Sorry guys just noticed I'm getting these warnings too when compiling
 32-bit.  Though it's odd I don't see the same warnings on winnie and we
 should be using the same mingw64 chain.  Though it might be a difference
 of postgres.  Her 32-bit is running 9.4.1 and i=mine is 9.4.2.  I'm going
 to verify.
