 I want an option by which I can specify name of the FID column while
 importing a shapefile to PostGIS using `shp2pgsql` tool.

 Currently there is no way to specify a name for FID column name. The name
 is set to `gid`. If another column has this name, that column is renamed
 to `__gid`.
