 For a couple different machines, any attempt to issue a 'CREATE EXTENSION
 postgis' results in the following error:, when I have the latest
 repository version installed:

 ERROR:  function st_astwkb(geometry, integer) does not exist

 make check passes all tests.  Does anyone know why this is happening?
