 The <-> and <#> operators are not available when building against
 PostgreSQL 9.0, but there's really no reason for that IMHO.

 Beside, docs do not say anything about that.

 I think operators should exist. Only, the KNN index would not be available
 for PostgreSQL < 9.1.
