 Hmm, I think I was wrong about geojson and M-values.
 The reason I thought so is that I recall seeing somewhere in the source-
 code that the number of dimensions is decided as 2 + (z or m).
 But I must have been wrong. It doesn't seem to be possible to pass the
 m-value through geojson. Then I agree much more with you .
