Comment:

 This should no longer crash in SFCGAL 1.2.1+.  Note that winnie's
 experimental 2.2.1dev and 2.3.0dev builds against SFCGAL master, so issue
 should be fixed on that.  The SFCGAL binaries should work fine against
 PostGIS 2.2.0 if you just want to replace the binaries.  Though admittedly
 I haven't had a chance to test them.
