 It happened to me to accidentally load a postgis script into a postgresql
 version the script was not built for. I did receive an error message but
 it wasn't clear. I guess you could also not get an error message but end
 up with an unexpected setup.

 This ticket is to add a check in the script to ensure the postgresql
 version is the one expected by PostGIS at scripts build time.
