 r14061 in trunk (2.2.0dev) and r14062 in 2.1 branch (2.1.9dev) fix the dox
 for "intersects" and set availability for both intersects and equals. Left
 to document:


  1. topology.geometrytype(tg topogeometry);
  2. topology.st_geometrytype(tg topogeometry);
  3. topology.gettopologysrid(toponame character varying);
  4. topology.topoelementarray_append(topoelementarray, topoelement); --
