 So does it make sense to fix in 2.2.0 ? Sounds like something that should
 be fixed in 2.1.x in order to allow proper upgrade ? Or should we tag that
 aggregate as being "changed" in 2.2.0 ? It might help to have a link to
 the ticket with the actual upgrade issue
