 Leave it to an italian to complain about an extension designed for
 Americans :)

 Okay I was meaning to get rid of the README entirely aside from saying
 refer to the manual, but I guess I got to clean up the manual a bit more.
 So I wiped out the parts coverted in manual and left the part not so
 nicely covered.
