 I cannot tell, Transifex doesn't show anything other than a progress bar.

 Compared with the de_DE translation currently in SVN, the same strings in
 `extras_historytable.xml.po` are translated, so the patch is not of much
 value for that.

 The patch does contain some extra translated strings in `faq.xml.po`.
