 This probably wouldn't be included in our default battery of tests as I
 think it introduces more requirements, but may be useful for things like
 upgrade bot tests.

 Vicky Vergara has been using this for her pgRouting tests and has been
 nudging me to try it out.  I might do that after I get at least her
 pgRouting pgTap tests running under Jenkins.
