 Apparently the new UI/UX is only partially done will be in such a state
 for a extended period. Seems they want to keep it opt-in until it can
 replace the old UI entirely.

 To make it available is has to be installed as a plugin, see
 https://jenkins.io/doc/book/blueocean/getting-started/.
