 Since we've got so much stuff that relies on 9.5+ now, doesn't make too
 much sense to be testing on 9.4 on travis. Both winnie and debbie will
 still test on those, but for fast pulls we get from folks, I think it's
 important to ensure their stuff works on 9.5+
